For definition of ideal body weight the doctors recommend to calculate index of weight. It pays off as follows: weight (in kilograms) / growth in a square (in meters). If, for example, you are 164 centimeters high and your weigh is 58 kilograms, than the calculations would be the following: 58/(1,64*1,64)=22
If the index of weight of a body is less 25, the weight is considered normal. If the index deviates from 25 up to 30, it means, there is an excess weight. Well and if the index exceeds 30, it already adiposity.
So, why do we get fat? There is a set of the reasons, because of which people get excess weight. Banal overeating and a wrong, unbalanced feed, an inactive way of life are among these reasons. It is possible to get fat at presence of some diseases, for example at diabetes, infringements of gastroenteric path work, and also because of hormonal infringements. But it is the theme of separate conversation as it requires medical treatment. And in general, when there is a necessity to get rid of a plenty of kilograms, it is better to consult preliminary with the doctor. If it is a question of 5-6 kilograms it is quite possible to consult by own strength.
So, what shall we do? From understanding the fact that all ways of growing thin can be conditionally divided into two groups. Diets and everything, connected with diets, may be regarded as the first and the most popular method. Various methods of physical influence concern to other group - various creams, gels and other means belong to the second group.
