The formula of harmony (Part 2)


There is a set of various diets: albuminous, French, American, Japanese diets; diets from movie stars, models and many, many other things. It is literally not to consider them. And it is not necessary; in fact the main principle of any diet relies in restriction of quantity of consumed food. Honestly speaking, if you wish to grow thin - eat less. It is not important, in which way the person tries to limit  meal, it is important, that the food thus provided an organism with all necessary substances, including microcells and vitamins, and the most important - that it would not be injurious to health.
Each person himself chooses convenient way of growing thin, but it is necessary to remember that, refusing to ourselves in a small slice of chocolate day by day, we often doom ourselves to strong tortures. And once, not having sustained, we eat the whole kilogram. In result all our efforts and tortures come to naught. Isn’t it better to do this gradually and without negative emotions? It would be much easier, if you would follow these simple rules:
1. Eat with small portions, but regularly.
2. Drink more water as it takes a place in a stomach, and, having drunk a glass of water, you will eat less.
3. Reduce gradually portions of meal and exclude harmful products. For example, this week refuse from sugar in morning coffee, and the next week - from a piece of bread at dinner. So, it is possible to start to eat less without any diets.
4. Eat fried and the tinned food not more often two times a week.
5. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
