Monday
Breakfast: one boiled egg, a piece of black bread, a tomato.
Dinner: 2 pieces of bread with bran, salad from cabbage with oranges, 50 grams of cheese with onions.
Supper: 200 grams grilled chicken, 75 grams of stewed carrots, vegetables, a glass of yoghurt.
Tuesday
Breakfast: 250 grams of porridge, an apple.
Dinner: a toast from black bread with vegetables, 250 grams of boiled beef or fish fillet, vegetable bacon with squids, 25 grams of low-fat ham, a pear.
Supper: the beef boiled pork, 100 grams of mashed potatoes, vegetables, an orange.
Wednesday
Breakfast: a piece of grilled low-fat beef, a tomato, 50 grams of boiled string bean, a piece of bread
Dinner: 250 grams of chicken, vegetable salad filled by a dessertspoon of soya sauce without oil, a pear.
Supper: 2 small pieces of fried without oil turkey, salad from fresh vegetables, a glass of low-fat kefir.
Thursday
Breakfast: a glass of yoghurt
Dinner: a toast from black bread with hepatic paste, salad from a boiled string bean, sweet pepper, greens of a parsley, cucumbers, tomatoes, 25 grams of grated cheese.
Supper: 175 grams of the low-fat pork chop prepared on a grill, 100 grams of mashed potatoes, vegetables.
Friday
Breakfast: a toast with a teaspoon of jam.
Dinner: 175 grams of boiled potato, 125 grams of boiled string bean, vegetable salad with squids.
Supper: 75 grams of cod, 50 grams of green peas, vegetables from a “unlimited” set, 75 grams of mashed potatoes on skim milk, an apple or a pear.
Saturday
Breakfast: 250 grams of porridge, 2 pieces of grilled meat, boiled egg, 2 pieces of bread.
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled chicken fillet with grated cheese, salad from fresh vegetables.
Supper: 2-3 boiled potatoes, 100 grams of green peas, vegetables.
Sunday
Breakfast: a toast from black bread with hepatic paste, 125 grams of boiled string bean, a banana.
Dinner: 100 grams of low-fat fried beef with a teaspoon of soya or other low-fat sauce, 50 grams of fried potato, 100 grams of green peas, 100 grams of stewed carrots, vegetables.
Supper: something from meat on a choice, an apple. It is possible to drink a glass of dry wine.
