Dance - a mirror of soul (Part 2)


Movement better expresses the language of your body. Spontaneous movement fairly and precisely transfers emotions, not without reason the sign language can tell what the person tries to hide or of what the person is afraid or cannot express. Through movement in dance materializes into the unconscious parties of the person and it enables to reunite with the lost parts. Any human experience conducts behind itself a pressure of the certain groups of muscles. Not expressed emotions “jam” inside of the person and form emotional and muscular blocks, the so-called amour. Dance helps to be released from clips and to express the collected emotions. Removal of muscular blocks allows energy get free and gives inflow of new forces. At dancing therapy it is not important how the person moves and what he feels. The body is considered not as a reality, but as evolution process, but there is no ideal model of the body.
At cleanly physical level dancing therapy has all advantages of playing sports: the general state, coordination of movements and a muscular tone improves. At an emotional level it helps people to feel happy and more confidently, and in cases of constant stress and long depressions is simply irreplaceable. By means of spontaneous movements it is much easier to express anger, fear, disappointment or loss, emotions which very often are difficult for transferring words. Besides dancing therapy improves memory, raises cognitive interest and motivation.
