4 Forget about the supper 
If you were bothered all with products which you usually eat for breakfast, you may start day with soup or cutlets. If you will eat dense “dinner” in the morning, by the evening hardly will get hungry and it will allow you to avoid supper in 1000 kcal. Certainly, it is not necessary to take a great interest in macaroni and ragout, and here soups, baked puddings and cheesecakes will be useful.

5 No day without porridge
If vegetables are the best way to fill a stomach, porridge is the best assistant to digestion. It is recommended to eat from three cereals till five portions a day. Any porridge are good, the main thing is to eat them without sugar and dried fruits.

6 Less sugar
Try to eat no more than 10 grams of refined sugar at breakfast and to add no more than 2 teaspoons of sugar into tea or coffee. Other simple carbohydrates, for example dairy sugar lactose or containing in progrown grains malt sugar is recommended. And here if on packing of a product among first three components saccharine, glucose, fructose or syrups appear, we advise you to refuse from it.

7 Do not miss dinner
Dieticians of the Texas University have calculated, that those days when you have dinner in a dining room, you consume on 240 kcal more, than usually. The matter is that restaurants and cafe are not obliged to specify caloric content of submitted dishes. But on the kitchen you can control, how many fat and calories will be in your tomorrow’s dinner. Our advice: having saved money, you also will win in health.
