8 Eat soup
What should you eat to grow thin? Soup: vegetable, mushroom, on a meat or chicken broth. Soups contain much less calories on liter in comparison with firm food of an animal origin.

9 Add a leaf of salad into the sandwich
During the lunchtime you may easily put one leaf of salad between slices of cheese, a ham or low-fat meat. Salad accelerates saturation as very slowly is digested. The sandwich becomes Ideal, if you use not mayonnaise, but mustard or lemon juice.

10 Only fresh vegetables
Prefer fresh vegetables, instead of boiled, stewed or preserved: all harmful sugar and fats get in food during preparation. Try to buy seasonal vegetables and fruits. Toxins accumulate in the potato which has lain too long since the last summer. The same occurs to fruit with bones: poisonous cyanide accumulates in cherry compotes and jams. 

11 More bean
Bean - is a good source of vitamins. So, for example, soya, a string bean and beans are absolutely unique: their structure includes simultaneously both starch, and the fibers, very close on structure to animals. They also contain huge quantity of vitamins of group B, necessary for nervous system strengthening, skin, hair and nails care, and peas, for example, is the champion under the maintenance of vitamin E.
