German diet


Monday
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee or tea, small cracker.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 80 grams of the spinach filled by a small amount of oil, a tomato.
Supper: a cutlet, 150 grams of salad from tomatoes and finely cut green onions filled by oil.
Tuesday
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea, small cracker.
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from tomatoes and the chopped cabbage, filled by oil, the orange or plums.
Supper: 2 boiled eggs, 200 grams of boiled meat, 80 grams of green salad.
Wednesday
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea.
Dinner: one boiled egg, 200 grams of boiled carrots filled by a small amount of oil, 100 grams of cheese.
Supper: 250 grams of salad from apple, a tangerine, a banana, a pear or any other fruit.
Thursday
Breakfast: a glass of natural apple juice.
Dinner: 250 grams of fried or a boiled fish, a tomato, an apple.
Supper: a meat cutlet, 150 grams of green salad filled by a small amount of oil or juice of a lemon.
Friday
Breakfast: a glass of carrots juice.
Dinner: 200 grams of roast chicken, 100 grams of green salad.
Supper: 2 boiled eggs, the small grated carrots filled by oil.
Saturday
Breakfast: a cup of unsweet tea, a cracker.
Dinner: 200 grams of fried meat, 150 grams of salad from the chopped cabbage with a lemon juice.
Supper: 100 grams of the grated carrots filled by oil, 150 grams cheese.
Sunday
Breakfast: a cup of unsweet tea, a cracker.
Dinner: 200 grams of fried or boiled hen.
Supper: 300 grams of any fruits (apples, pears, plums, oranges, etc.)
One more German diet (simple)
There is one more German diet. It is very simple, but monotonous.
Every day it is necessary to eat 4-5 apples, one orange, 80 grams of boiled meat, 2 crackers or a small piece of bread. Duration of a diet varies from 2 till 3 weeks.
