Why do we eat? Certainly, to receive energy. How to learn whether we have received it or not? If you eat correctly, you feel vigorous and stronger after the breakfast, dinner or a supper. There are secrets of how to receive necessary energy with food and to eliminate feeling of constant famine.
Our body and our mentality eat differing from each other types of energy, which absence leads to an exhaustion of mentality or starvation. At starvation of bodies the person constantly wishes to eat, the organism simply does not gorge on that food which is poor of various types of energy.
In turn for each body there is the, specific type of energy, supporting its functioning. This energy is delivered in our organism by food. How to learn, what meal and with what kind of energy supplies our organism? For this purpose it is necessary to remember very simple thing - food should always have five tastes.
What are these tastes? Bitter, salty, sweet, sour and spicy (burning). If you will build the feed on a combination of five tastes and will consider some rules, your weight will be superfluous never as it occurs to Japanese, Chinese and other Asian people.
Influence of tastes on an organism
Bitter. Heart and thin intestines. In small amounts leads to improvement and normalizes their work. Stimulates digestion. Sour. A liver and a bilious bubble. In small amounts restores their work. Too much - promotes disease
Sweet. A stomach, a spleen, a pancreas. In small amounts promotes their correct functioning.
Too much - leads to illnesses.
Salty. Kidneys, adrenal glands, genitals, a bladder. In small amounts promotes their good functioning.
Too much - leads to blocking of work of these bodies.
