Orange fruits deliver carotin of which vitamin A is formed. It carries out protective functions, interfering with occurrence of cancer cells and their growth, and also development of heart and blood vessels diseases.
It is necessary to remember, that carotin is a fat-soluble vitamin and accordingly all orange group should be consumed with vegetable oil. And is better it is acquired by an organism from boiled or stewed products.
Red fruits are the powerful antioxidants of an organism. They possess very strong anticancer properties and warn cardiovascular diseases and reduce bad cholesterol level.
Lilac fruits are well-known for the high maintenance of antioxidants, which prevent destruction in our cells of vitamin E, and also warn cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
All of them are extraordinary useful, but a beet remains the only vegetable, capable to deduce practically all heavy metals from the organism. It is a powerful natural cleaner. It is necessary to remember, that fruits of this group are better to be eaten fresh or baked in an oven, as for example, eggplants.
Yellow fruits also contain invaluable vitamins, but of some other type. It is better to eat them crude, or to bake in an oven.
Green fruits contain the major for our blood substance - chlorophyll. It is possible to eat these fruits both fresh and poorly processed.
