Fitness -is the word, which has become fashionable several years ago. Some people think that fitness is the world of elite sports clubs where cost of an annual member card starts from 2 thousand dollars, the world of stars of show business, where it is necessary to look harmonious and tightened, in fact for a long time it is known, that photo- and the television camera visually adds up to 5 kilograms to the person! But fitness is accessible to any of us. In fact it that other, as regular playing sports with the purpose of finding of the beautiful, tightened figure and beautiful body. Fitness is useful to all and everyone without exception but if you have problems with health before breaking to active employment, it is necessary to consult at the attending physician. Regular physical activity helps to grow thin, strengthen muscles, cardiovascular system, a metabolism.
