Morning exercises


The word-combination “morning exercises” often causes associations with the childhood. In general many of us have forgotten about morning exercises: someone does not have free time in the morning, someone goes to gym. And in fact morning exercises are very useful, it helps an organism to wake up and knead finally all muscles and joints after a dream.
Chinese are considered as fans of morning exercises and not only children, older people, but also the high-ranking officials, gather in the morning room specially allocated for it and do sports exercises. Researchers as it often happens, have ordinary opinions in occasion of morning exercises. Exercises intend “to charge” organism with energy. Some people consider, that it is better to do exercises in the evening… At performance of physical exercises pulse becomes frequent and the blood pressure rises. So, if to do exercises in the evening it can lead to dream infringements. It is also better to not take a great interest in intensive loadings in the morning. After awakening the organism still is in a dozing condition, and sudden physical activities lead to sharp pressure and pulse increase. There is a danger, that an organism, having got used to such shock, can react increase of pressure and at the slightest physical activities within the day.
