Rice diet
1st day
Breakfast: an apple, boiled rice (at the rate of 60 grams of dry grains) with several drops of a lemon juice, green tea or herbal tea.
Dinner: a vegetable broth, 150 grams of salad from vegetables, boiled rice with greens, with a teaspoon of apple vinegar and a teaspoon of an olive oil.
Supper: a vegetable broth, boiled rice with carrots and a vegetable marrow.
2nd day
Breakfast: a grapefruit, boiled rice with one teaspoon of sour cream.
Dinner: a vegetable broth with boiled vegetables and boiled rice.
Supper: a vegetable broth with boiled vegetables and boiled rice.
3rd day
Breakfast: a pear, the boiled rice, strewed by cinnamon.
Dinner: a vegetable broth, salad from cucumbers with an olive oil, boiled rice with 150 grams of mushrooms.
Supper: a vegetable broth, boiled rice with cabbage.
4th day
Breakfast: fruit salad with boiled rice with milk or creams.
Dinner: a vegetable broth, a garden radish with leaves of salad, boiled rice with the carrots.
Supper: a vegetable broth, rice with greens of a parsley and a pinch of sunflower seeds.
