Rice diet


5-th day
Breakfast: boiled rice with raisin and one teaspoon of grated almonds.
Dinner: vegetable broth, boiled rice with a lot of greens and the vegetables, with one table spoon of olive oil.
Supper: vegetable broth, the rice filled by one table spoon of crushed walnuts, 2 table spoons of the cut green onions and 2 table spoons of a grated root of a celery or parsleys.
6-th day
Breakfast: boiled rice with 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 berries of a fig, a pear.
Dinner: vegetable broth, boiled rice with crude vegetables (a cucumber, sweet pepper), mint and one table spoon of an olive oil.
Supper: vegetable broth, boiled rice with 1-2 cut apples, one table spoon of creams or sour creams and 1/2 of teaspoon of honey.
7-th day
Breakfast: boiled rice with an apple and a pear (cut), some drops of a lemon and one teaspoon of honey, 1/2 glass of yoghurt.
Dinner: vegetable broth, 100 grams of green salad, boiled rice with a tomato and the green string bean.
Supper: vegetable broth, boiled rice with vegetables, one teaspoon of not refined olive oil, 5 olives, basil.
Between receptions of food it is possible to drink mineral water without gas, green tea or juices.
