How to cope with a pain in muscles after physical activity


Next day after playing sports, many people feel pains in those muscles about which existence they even did not suspect.
Once there was a version, that in this trouble salts of a dairy acid which appear at a high physical pressure are guilty. Actually it is consequence of the fact that there is a set of absolutely small cracks in our muscles.
Pain in muscles can disturb you because of:
• Physical activity after a long break.
• Because of too strong pressure during usual exercises.
• Because of muscular spasms.
• After new, hitherto not practiced sports exercises.
That pains are shown not at once is explained by the fact that the ends of painful nerves are outside all nervous system, owing to what signals of a brain reach more slowly.
Only when through tiny cracks in muscles fabric liquid passes and muscular strings swell up, blood circulation worsens, and, as consequence, pain appears.
What can protect from this misfortune?
 Besides, doctors advise to avoid heavy loadings in the beginning of sports activity and to increase them from time to time.
If you all the same have not followed to our advice and now you suffer from a wild muscular pain, it is better to preserve muscles against physical influence and put warm compresses to sore points. Thus you will improve blood circulation and promote healing of cracks.
Very weak training with weak loading is also recommended.
The most useless means of first aid are: cold compresses, oxygen therapy, infra-red radiations and, strangely enough, massage. The last one even postpones recover. Reception of amino acids and antioxidants is also useless.
Do not worry. It is considered, that something pain in muscles is not awful. And it disappears during short period of time.
