Vegetarian diet №1


This diet is calculated on the whole month, but it may be used all members of your family - including those, who is not the vegetarian. Adhere to all recommendations of the diet, and you can get rid of seven kilograms just in a month.
Breakfast (variants):
• 200 grams of porridge, tea;
• Toast with slices of an apple and 30 grams of carrots, baked pudding, tea or coffee;
• Two slices of bread from a rough grinding flour, a small banana, and coffee;
• Two dry rolls, 100 grams of strawberries or raspberries, coffee;
• Toast from bread with the bran, one orange, tea or compote.
Dinner (variants):
• Vegetable salad, piece of bread;
• One carrots cutlet prepared on a grill, 150 grams of boiled rice, an orange or an apple;
• Boiled string bean, one piece of bread, salad from fresh vegetables;
• 125 grams of boiled string bean, vegetable salad;
• Sandwich with a siliceous string bean, an apple;
• Buckwheat cereal, vegetable salad, an apple;
• Rice with vegetables, salad from fresh vegetables, an orange;
• Russian salad, salad from fresh vegetables, an apple or a pear.
Supper (variants):
• Vegetable ragout, two table spoons of the boiled brown rice, one pear;
• Baked pudding from broccoli and macaroni, the salad filled by a lemon juice, one orange;
• Stewed beans, salad from string beans, a small piece of bread;
Before a dream (variants): one pear, a glass of dry wine; one big banana, one slice of bread with paste from vegetables.
