It is very important for the bodybuilder to not to turn into the stupid rhinoceros. Having the plan does not mean at all, that it needs to be followed with a paranoiac persistence. On the contrary, the plan should be flexible. The plan should not transform you into a leaf, gone with an autumn wind.
