Dynamical diet
This diet forces an organism to fill stocks of energy due to destruction of fatty layer.
Breakfast: a glass of fruit or vegetable fresh.
Dinner: a small piece of meat or the hen (200-250) with any vegetables (except for a potato), one glass of mineral water.
Supper: a glass of the flavored or grassy tea and all.
Diet is very effective, but it is awfully boring, though it is also dynamical. This diet is calculated on a week.
