Diet “10 products”
The diet is simple both in understanding, and keeping. Within a week you are allowed to eat only products from the list, which hangs at your refrigerator. These products can be consumed in absolutely different, and even at first sight, absolutely incompatible combinations. There is only one caution: all ten items should be in your diet every day. Unpack and hang up the hit-list of top-products:
• Chicken meat
• Eggs
• Kefir
• Tomatoes
• Cucumbers
• Vegetable marrows
• Cabbage
• Eggplants
• Mushrooms
• Apples
Plans: To loose 2 kilograms in a week
Advantages: it is not necessary to search for products as they are quite cheap and can be easily bought t any grocery shop or market.
Disadvantages: During the day it is possible to eat everything up to one and a half kilograms - the less, the better, but not less than 600 grams.
