When it does not work at all…


This phrase is familiar to you, isn’t it? Or, maybe, you have not time repeated it? Certainly, ineffectual visiting of any training should have any objective reasons. But when you come to gym or swimming pool, you easily notice laziness.
It is especially obvious in the swimming pool. More often people come there with friends. Around friends and strangers, therefore they talk and forget about trainings. Conversations from a locker room smoothly pass into the water- accustoming to water, silent movement from one up to other side. Here in such lazy image at many people spend a whole hour, and even two. Meanwhile, trainings in pool generally concede by the efficiency to other kinds of aerobic loading. Why? The matter is that in water many calories are burnt- more than in gym or at jogging. If you waste your time on talking- you waste your time in general and your trainings come to nothing.
At shaping it is more difficult to fake as the instructor sets the rhythm or music and shows, how it is necessary to do the exercise. Nevertheless some people manage to do this exercise with smaller amplitude, count times of exercise, saying “seven” instead of “five”, pass from one starting position into another, thus long and diligently straightening, whereas this kind of physical activity assumes the minimal break on rest between exercises… 
Conclusion:
Don’t waste your time! Such pastime is conceived or is simple for a tick, or for the sake of dialogue. If you do not want to go info sport this time- just miss it and don’t play with your health.
