Love me as I am or is it necessary to grow thin?!! (Part 2)


Do you think that strategic parameters “120-120-120″ will add you more sexuality or health? No matter how old you are it is never late to start thinking about health, sport and diet. Maybe you start thinking about horrors of anorexia. Of course, anorexia is a terrible illness, but, don’t loose your mind and everything will be kept under control.
Or forget about all this and love you as you are/ We don ask you to hate you, if you are thin or fat, the matter is that you should love your sole, your body and respect it…an you will never let it be unmanaged.
Try to recollect, how many rubbish (chips, cola etc.) you eat and this food give only calories, fat and kill your health.
Of course you may allow a bar of dark chocolate, marmalade, fruits, meat, nuts, fish, vegetables-these are, at least, natural products.
Please, be logical, do not forget about movement!!! We believe in you, your mind and the power of your personal self-control.
