The more you sleep, the less you weigh!


Haven’t you ever noticed that after long sleepless night you don’t want to eat as usually? And it is quite natural! The American and British researchers have found out, that if you sleep less than two hours per day, you inevitably add in weight. The matter is that a hormone, which increases feeling of famine, is getting activated at lack of sleep.
For acknowledgement of this hypothesis the professor of university in Bristol has lead small experiment with 1000 volunteers. The command of researchers has compared with a level of this hormone at those who sleeps 8 hours per day, and those who has 5 hours of a dream. It has appeared that at less sleeping people it is on 15 % higher. In result they test much more strong feeling of famine and they are especially attracted by products-”traps”: cakes, cookies, chips, etc. In a word, “goodbye, a figure!”
So, sleep more and stay slim!
15 minutes of laughter a day - and you will easily get rid of two kilograms!
The Greek scientists have lead experiment, during which it was found out that 10-15 minutes of laughter burn from 10 up to 40 calories. It turns out, that for a year owing to the laughter it is possible to loose two kilograms.
For a long time it is known, that the laughter improves mood and struggles with stress. And here now one more positive effect of this undoubtedly pleasant employment is revealed.
Thus, it has appeared that men are laughing more intensively, than women. Longest “attack” of continuous laughter last for 45 seconds.
