Egg-honey diet


1-st day
Breakfast: 2 egg yolks and one teaspoon of honey to shake up a mixer (it is an egg flip or something like it). A cup of tea with a lemon or coffee.
Dinner: 90 grams of low-fat cheese. Tea or coffee with a teaspoon of honey.
Supper: a cup of a broth, a piece of black bread, an apple, a pear or an orange.
For the night - tea with a lemon.
2-nd day
Breakfast: boiled egg (or yolk-honey mixture), coffee or tea with a lemon.
Dinner: an egg with honey, 100 grams of cottage cheese, tea with a lemon or coffee.
Supper: 150 grams of fishes, fried without fat (on grill), salad from fresh vegetables. Tea with lemon.
3-rd day
Breakfast: an egg with honey, an apple. Tea with lemon.
Dinner: 50 grams of cheese, a piece of rye bread (25 grams), 200 grams of salad filled by a lemon juice.
Supper: 300 grams of boiled vegetables, an egg. Tea with one spoon of honey.
Eat half of lemon daily during this diet in any kind: with tea, in the form of the juice, diluted by water, it is possible to add it into the yolk-honey mixture.
