Ten friends to healthy feed (Part 1)

1. Black tea

How to drink. Drink hot tea for the breakfast or cold - for a dinner. The main thing is not to use tea in bags - such tea is not so useful to organism. As, however, and “dietary” teas with the low maintenance of caffeine have less antioxidant properties. Drink only fresh black tea - tea left even for several hours on a table or in a refrigerator loses its useful properties.
2. Celery
Properties. The celery contains neither fats, nor superfluous calories. First, it has a lot of kalium, which neutralizes surplus of salt and helps to avoid hypostases.
Secondly, the celery is rich phthalides, which are normalizing blood pressure.
The fresh celery is perfectly combined with meat, a fish, a potato, fresh salads and sandwiches.
3. Cherry
Properties.
The cherry is much more, than cocktail decoration or a stuffing for a pie. Cherry has a lot of flavonids - they work wonders with immune system and block free radicals, which accelerate ageing cells. The pectin, entering into its structure, deduces slags.
4. Mushrooms
Properties. Mushrooms - are the leaders in maintenance of vitamins of group B, including Riboflavinum, which is irreplaceable for skin, shine of hair and visual acuity. Besides, mushrooms also contain chitin, reducing cholesterol level and preventing intimate diseases.
How to cook. Mushrooms as a sponge, absorb harmful substances from ground, therefore it is safer to choose the champignons grown up on farms. Add fresh mushrooms into salads and sandwiches, and fried - in rice, buckwheat cereal and pizza.
5. Cereals
Properties.
Oats, wheat, barley and corn are very useful because at processing germ of grain is kept in them. This provides intestines, reduces risk of oncological diseases, it is vitamin-rich groups B, РР, folic acid and micro cells, and germ sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper and zinc contain calcium, kalium. The use of integral cereals in food restores structure of skin, improves work of nervous and cardiovascular systems. For example, germs of wheat are rich with readily assailable fibers, carbohydrates, fats and, the most important, they contain a plenty of fat-soluble vitamins, including Е and A.
How to cook. Do not cook, but simply fill it with hot water. They are well combined with dairy and sour-milk products, nuts, honey, and dried fruits, fresh and boiled vegetables. The main rule of their use - is to watch the size of portions, in fact besides vitamins B cereals contain a lot of carbohydrates and, accordingly, calories.
