6. String bean
Properties. Calcium and iron in structure of a string bean preserve bones and strengthen a cardiac muscle. string bean has as much fibers as a beef, and twice less calories. Besides, vegetative fiber is acquired much better than animal.
How to eat. Put string bean into the cold water for the night. Replace water in the morning and cook on slow fire for about two hours. Add carrots, tomatoes and garlic.                                                                                                            7. Sunflower seeds
Properties. Sunflower seeds contain a lot of vitamin E - well-known antioxidant. Owing to it sunflower seeds normalize work of a brain, kidneys, a liver, lungs, and a stomach, reduce coagulability of blood, stabilizing work of blood system and interfering with formation of blood clots. Only four table spoons of the cleared sunflower seeds will provide to you with 80 % of day time norm of this vitamin. Besides it contains a lot of minerals - iron, zinc, iodine, calcium.
How to eat. Add dried sunflower seeds instead of nuts into salads.
8. Wild rice
Properties. Wild rice is “responsible” for natural nutrients, micro cells and stable nervous system. And complex carbohydrates fill need for sugar. The structure of rice fiber includes eight irreplaceable amino acids, which support muscles.
How to cook. In order to keep all useful properties, reduce thermal processing to a minimum: boil it for 25 minutes.
9. Onions
Properties. The onions is a savior of our heart, it is not worse than aspirin dilutes blood, helping it to run on vessels. Onions is containing calcium and organic acids, it is accelerating metabolism.
How to eat. Try to eat fresh onions with vegetable salads.
10. Pomegranate
Properties.
