Cinema diet
Why “cinema diet”? Probably, because it is very simple and it will not distract our “cine” actors from creative process - creation of film-masterpieces.
Breakfast: two cups of tea or the coffee, two pieces of the black bread, two boiled eggs, three tomatoes.
Dinner: 250 grams of meat, fried without fat, salad from tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage and any other vegetables, seasoned by vegetable oil, an apple.
Supper: two cups of tea or the coffee, two pieces of the black bread, two boiled eggs, three tomatoes, 90 grams of tuna.
This diet can be applied for a long period of time as it contains all microelements, necessary for the organism.
