Extreme soup diet
It is the most fashionable diet. Cabbage soup will help to get rid of excess weight.
The main advantage of this diet consists is that it is possible to eat soup in any quantity and at any time as soon as you will feel famine.
The diet consists of the products, which are not containing fats. Besides, the greens promote splitting of fats. Green vegetables have so-called “negative caloric content”, which allows the organism to spend more energy.
Here is the recipe of soup: necessary components - one cabbage, 6 average bulbs, 2 sweet peppers, 6 pieces of carrots, a root and greens of celery, 500 grams of asparagus string beans, a bunch of green onions, a glass of tomato juice or 5 tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Besides, the skim cabbage soup, it is also possible to eat fruits, vegetables, and also meat and a fish in the certain sequence.
1st day: soup and fruits (except for bananas).
2nd day: soup and vegetables.
3rd day: soup, vegetables and fruits, except for bananas and potato.
4th day: soup, vegetables, fruits; it is possible to add 2 bananas and a glass of skim milk or kefir.
5th day: soup, 350 grams of chicken meat, or 400-500 grams of boiled low-fat beef, or fish and tomatoes, as much as you want.
6th day: soup, a beef with salad (tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, sweet pepper of green color). Without fruits.
7th day: soup, boiled rice without oil with salad.
During the diet it is possible to drink only mineral water, tea or coffee without sugar and vegetable juice. Alcohol is forbidden!
