“Chinese” diet
Fig is one of components of Chinese diet. Chinese dieticians pay attention to mineral water and recommend drinking it not less than one liter a day. Mineral water clears intestines of slags and rejuvenates organism.
Chineses very much love sea kale and other sea seaweed. To a sea fish always is preferred before meat.
Monday
Breakfast: 150 grams of fresh cabbage, a glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 4 items of the spoon of boiled rice, 150 grams of salad from the grated fresh carrots, filled by an olive oil, a glass of mineral water.
Supper: 150 grams of boiled fish, a small slice of bread, salad, 20 grams of rice vodka (it is necessary!).
Tuesday
Breakfast: 150 grams of chopped fresh carrots filled by vegetable oil, a toast from black bread, a glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from fresh vegetables (cabbage, carrots, leaves of salad, celery), mall piece of bread, a glass of apple juice.
Supper: 100 grams of boiled rice, 4 leaflets of salad, a grapefruit, a glass of mineral water.
Wednesday
Breakfast: 200 grams of salad from fresh apples, pears, oranges, bananas, a glass of orange juice.
Dinner: 250 grams of boiled asparagus, 150 grams of salad from the cabbage, filled by a lemon juice, a small piece of bread, a glass of mineral water.
Supper: 250 grams of mushrooms, small potatoes, a glass of mineral water.
Thursday
Breakfast: a glass of apple juice, an apple, an orange, a toast from black bread.
Dinner: 300 grams of boiled asparagus with rice and leaves of basil, the big apple, a small slice of bread, a glass of mineral water.
Supper: 2 boiled potatoes, 200 grams of boiled fish, a small piece of bread, 20 grams of rice vodka.
Friday
Breakfast: a small plate of boiled rice, a glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from chopped cabbage and sea kale, a small piece of bread or a flat cake from rice flour, a glass of mineral water.
Supper: 200 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, carrots, the green salad filled by vegetable oil, a flat cake from rice flour, a glass of mineral water.
Saturday
Breakfast: a small plate of boiled rice, a glass of apple juice.
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled sea fish, 150 grams of salad from apples, kiwi, oranges, a glass of juice of a mango or orange.
Supper: a slice low-fat fried meat, a piece of bread, 4 cut leaflets of salad filled by a lemon juice, an orange, 20 grams of rice vodka.
Sunday
Breakfast: 250 grams of fruit salad from apples, prunes, apricots, a glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 150 grams of boiled rice with slices of fruit and the table spoon of honey, a glass of mineral water.
Supper: 150 grams of boiled sea fish, 200 grams of salad from chopped cabbage and sea kale, a small flat cake from a rice flour, a glass of mineral water.
