How to get rid of bad habits in meal?(Part 1)


Bad habit â„–1: frequent snacks
Unpleasant consequences: Such habit can lead to painful adiposity. You should remember that such snacks should be healthy, balanced and to consist mainly of vegetables, fruits, nuts, bread of a rough grinding, etc. Such snacks allow supporting correct balance of sugar in blood. It becomes “dangerous”, when these snacks start to supersede normal receptions of food. It threatens with loss of the control over quantity of eaten food and quality of food.
Your way out: to hold an organism in a tone, and famine under control, it is necessary to accustom to two snacks a day. Instead of cookies or chocolate it is better to eat half of sandwich, a handful of nuts, apple or yoghurt.
Bad habit â„–2: you eat too quickly
Unpleasant consequences: If to swallow food too quickly, problems with digestion will be guaranteed. Too much unnecessary air gets into the stomach together with hastily swallowed food that finally leads to a swelling of a stomach. Besides, handing over the specification on high-speed absorption of dishes, it is impossible to provide careful chewing of food. Accordingly, additional loading lies down on a digestive path on digestion that, finally, leads to diarrhea. And you should always remember: the brain is not in time behind a stomach! The signal about saturation acts in a brain 20 minutes after its saturation. According to researches’ result, the people spending for meal 30 minutes eat on 10 % less than those, who eat only 10 minutes and less.
Your way out: Try to eat as slowly as possible, avoid sandwiches, fried potato, sausages - everything, that you can eat with “hands”. Try to eat more dishes, which can be eaten only having put on a plate and by means of tableware: salads, mashed potatoes and stake.
