Beautiful bust


The bust is riches of the woman and it is necessary to demonstrate it proudly - having bent a back and having straightened shoulders. Here is the first rule of a beautiful bust, banal and old one, but checked up. The small size of mammary gland can be aggravated with a flat or hollow thorax. In improvement of our bust exercises, by means of which it is possible to strengthen and develop pectoral muscles, are very important.
There are a lot of exercises for muscles of breast, and they are quite effective. Today we offer you one of them. It can be carried out on a floor.
1. Starting position: Lying on a back, hands with dumbbells are lifted upwards and turned to each other.
2. Lower hands to a breast.
3. Put hands apart - in the opposite parties.
4. Put hands together in a starting position.
We recommend you to do this exercise 16 times a day, increasing gradually its Quantity.
If muscles of a breast were studied by you for a long time, the muscular pain (on the following a minimum 2-3 days) will be quite strong.
