11 components for low-calorie salad


The salad, made of various components, is an excellent way to satisfy famine to sate the organism with nutritious elements and thus to not type superfluous calories. However, not all components are good. We shall tell to you about 14 best components and components, which are to be avoided.
Avocado contains many monononsaturated fats, and very little sated and does not contain cholesterol.
Eggs -it is simply a well of fiber, you may use a half of one boiled egg.
Nuts. They contain many fats and are rich in fibers and minerals. 
Mushrooms contain folic acid and selenium, which is strengthen immune system and reduce risk of occurrence of cancer diseases.
Cheese - use cheese with the low maintenance of fat as it is a fine source of fiber and calcium.
Carrots. It is rich with carotin and it is an antioxidant, which is preventing of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. 
Pepper contains vitamins A and C. It is enough to use one red pepper in order to receive daily norm of these vitamins.
Cauliflower and broccoli contain vitamin C and many useful substances, which are protecting from cancer.
Dry cranberry is rich in vitamin C and protects from urinary infections ways.
Salad - there are many versions of salads, but the darker the leaves are, the more nutritious elements it contains. It will be simply excellent, if you will mix various versions of salads and still other greens.
Tomatoes contain vitamins A and C, which prevents cancer diseases occurrence.
