Multiple extreme diet


Key rules: drink a lot of boiled and mineral water, but the quantity of skim milk to your tea or coffee should not exceed 250 ml. Each time try to eat a greater portion of salad - make it from a celery, cucumbers, pepper, and slices of apples, pods of beans, corn grains and tomatoes. Make sauce of one table spoon of yoghurt, a lemon juice, vinegar and spices. Due to this diet, you will not feel famine because it contains sating products. We offer you several variants at once and we suggest alternating them. Breakfast: One piece of bread with the bran and with butter; One banana, one apple; One boiled eggs, one piece of bread with the bran, and one glass of yoghurt or kefir; Two pieces of bread, one small banana, one teaspoon of honey; Two dry wheaten flat cakes, glass of milk or the orange juice, one apple. Dinner: 200 grams of boiled potato with one of following snacks: Cabbage salad; 100 grams of low-fat cheese; 50 grams of low-fat finely cut ham or hen; two table spoons of a boiled string bean. Supper: Variant №1:100 grams of pasta from wheat flour with one of following additives: 100 grams of shrimps with tomatoes and garlic; 50 grams of low-fat boiled hen under mushroom sauce with a lemon juice; 50 grams of finely cut ham with tomatoes and garlic. Variant №2: 200 grams of boiled or grilled of fish (without sauce), 125 grams of boiled potato, 300 grams of vegetable salad. Dessert: one banana or two small apples.
