Extreme carrots diet


The diet allows to lose 3,5 kilograms info three days.
Make a salad of carrots and juice of a lemon; it is possible to add one tea spoon of honey. With each reception of food it is possible to add one fruit: an apple, kiwi, a grapefruit, an orange, a pomegranate. For the supper it is possible to eat a grapefruit.
It is recommended to drink as much water as possible.
