Extreme diet №2


It is the best way to get rid of superfluous kilograms. But you may try this diet only if you don’t have problems with stomach. So, the diet is very simple.
Breakfast: a glass of ordinary water (no more than 150 ml) with addition of one table spoon of honey and 5-7 droplets of lemon, a cup of tea or coffee.
Dinner: the boiled turkey and any vegetables.
Supper: 150-200 grams of cabbage boiled in 150 ml of water (cook for 15-20 minutes without addition of salt). It is necessary to drink this broth slowly, within 30-40 minutes.
In the evening: if feeling of famine is very strong, you can drink a glass of low-fat kefir.
It is not recommended to adhere to such diet for no more than 3 days. the diet may be repeated in 2 days.
