3. No more sweet delicacies
Now we shall tell simple and familiar to all true: you will eat everything that you will bring into the house. It is not surprising, that appetite grows at home - in fact here is your favorite TV-set and computer. Therefore, never take home for the evening something from sweets, flour, baked or simply fat.  You may allow a cup of coffee with cake in cafe with children, boyfriend or best friend. Soon dreams will come true!
4. Water - the mortgage of health
Drink a glass of water before meal, especially if you go to the restaurant. Water will bring down appetite. If you suffer excess weight, it is necessary for you to increase quantity of consumed water up to 2-2,5 liters a day. Dietitians approve, that frequently problems with weight arise because of water-salt exchange infringement. It can be caused by a number of the reasons: hormonal failure, intimate insufficiency and many other things. But nevertheless it is necessary to drink more water. It is useful to begin morning with a mug of pure water.
5. A method of whip and gingerbread
Try to praise you for keeping the diet. For example, buy you a dress, jeans or favorite perfume!!! Be happy!
