The main thing -is to follow the diet and forget about other products (including salt, sugar, and bread). And it, we shall directly tell, it is not easy. Here is the variant of “Japanese” diet:
1 day: Breakfast - black coffee. Dinner - 2 boiled eggs, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice or one fresh tomato. Supper - 200 grams of fried or boiled fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil.
2 day: Breakfast - black coffee and a piece of bread. Dinner - 200 grams of fried or boiled fish, salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil. Supper - 200 grams of boiled beef, a glass of kefir.
3 day (take courage): Breakfast - black coffee. Dinner - boiled egg, three greater boiled carrots with vegetable oil. Supper - apples.
4 day (absolutely hungrily): Breakfast - black coffee. Dinner - one big root of parsleys, fried in vegetable oil, apples. Supper - fruits.
5 day (is eaten off): Breakfast - the crude grated carrots seasoned by lemon juice. Dinner - 500 grams of fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice. Supper - fruits.
6 day (is overeaten): Breakfast - black coffee. Dinner - 500 grams of boiled hen, salad from crude carrots or fresh cabbage. Supper - two boiled eggs, salad from carrots with vegetable oil.
7 day: Breakfast - tea. Dinner - 200 grams of boiled beef, fruits. Supper - any variant from a diet of the last days, except for the third one.
8 day: Breakfast - tea. Dinner - 200 grams of boiled beef, fruits. Supper - any variant from a diet of the last days, except for the third one.
9 day: Breakfast - black coffee. Dinner - 500 grams of boiled hen, salad from fresh cabbage or carrots. Supper - two boiled eggs, a glass of crude carrots with vegetable oil.
10 day: Breakfast - crude carrots with lemon juice. Dinner - 500 grams of fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice. Supper - fruits.
11 day: Breakfast - black coffee. Dinner - one boiled egg, three boiled carrots with vegetable oil, and 15 grams of cheese. Supper - fruits.
12 day: Breakfast - black coffee and a piece of bread. Dinner - one big vegetable marrow roasted in vegetable oil, apples, black coffee, and bread. Supper - 200 grams of boiled beef, a glass of kefir.
13 day: Breakfast - black coffee. Dinner - one boiled egg, salad from boiled cabbage with vegetable oil, a glass of tomato juice. Supper - 200 grams of fried or boiled fish.
