Why geishas do not use “Japanese” diet?
Geishas ignore Japanese diet simply because this Japanese hunger-strike has a little in common with a traditional feed of Japanese. Where is the rice - the main culture of Japan? Where is soya? Where is crude fish and seafood? And what about coffee?
Japanese name the following “gold rules” of their traditional style of a feed:
1. Small portions of various products for each food reception. Even the ordinaries Japanese meal (!) can include a dinner or a supper from 5 up to 20 dishes.
2. Weak thermal processing - high safety of vitamins.
3. Rice instead of bread.
4. Fish, rice, a soya, vegetables, green tea, fruit, and citron - are the basic products. Eat fish and seafood instead of meat.
5. The “magic” green tea rich with antioxidants and vitamins C and Е, which is giving youth and vivacity.
6. Tiny desserts (more often from fruits), a batch - from rice flour.
7. Rituality and harmony.
8. Chopsticks instead of folks (it doesn’t allow to swallow a dinner for two minutes).
