Diet for the brave woman
Any woman, who is “sitting down” on diet, can consider the act as a feat. This diet is not exception. The diet is calculated on a week, but the feeling of ease will come in four days of strict observance. Supper should take place not later than at 6 p.m.
Breakfast: 100 grams of skim cottage cheese with slices of fresh fruits, tea without sugar.
Dinner: a low-fat fish, vegetable salad, any fruits for the dessert (except for bananas).
Supper: kefir, 1-2 toasts from black bread.
