Vegetable soup for weight loss


Take 6 average onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 small cabbage, 2 green peppers, 1 bunch of celery, 1 cube of a vegetable broth.
Cut vegetables on fine or average slices and fill in with water. Season it with salt, pepper and if want, sharp sauce. Boil for 10 minutes, then make small fire and continue to cook, while vegetables do not become soft.
It is possible to eat this soup at any time when you are hungry. Eat it so much, how many want, and when want - soup does not add calories.
1st day: Soup and fruits. You can eat any fruits, except for bananas. You are allowed to drink not sweetened tea, the cranberry juice which has been not sweetened by coffee or water.
2nd day: Soup and vegetables. You can eat any vegetables you want. Eat, yet will not be sated. Can eat crude, fresh or tinned vegetables, sheet greens. Eat all this with soup.
3rd day: Soup, fruits and vegetables. Eat soup and any vegetables and fruits.
4th day: Soup, fruits and vegetables, including bananas and milk! You may eat as much soup, fresh vegetables and fruits, as you want.
5th day: Beef and tomatoes with soup. Today it is possible to eat beef and tomatoes. you can eat 300 - 500 grams of beef and fresh tomatoes. Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water. Eat soup at least once a day.
6th day: Beef, vegetables and soup. Drink water.
7th day: Brown rice, fruit juice, vegetables and soup. Today you can eat brown rice, not sweetened fruit juice and vegetables. Eat soup at least once a day.
