Dinner: a chicken broth with boiled egg, grilled fish with the vegetables prepared on pair, green tea.
Supper: vegetable salad, filled by vegetable oil, tea.
Before dream: apple juice or a handful of a black currant.
Wednesday
Breakfast: corn flakes with fresh berries and honey, tea.
Dinner: rice with meat of the rabbit, green salad with broccoli and tofu.
Supper: fruit salad, low-fat ham, tea.
Before a dream: fruit kissel or an apple.
Thursday
Breakfast: cottage cheese, a toast with honey, green tea.
Dinner: the green Russian cabbage soup, the veal baked with vegetables, tomato juice.
Supper: chicken with vegetable oil.
Before a dream: herbal tea.
Friday
Breakfast: corn flakes with banana, toast with a dessertspoon of peanut oil, tomato juice.
Dinner: cream soup from a pumpkin, a low-fat beef.
Supper: steam fish cutlets, salad from sea kale, green tea.
Before a dream: orange juice.
Saturday
Breakfast: omelet with cheese, vegetables and a slice of a ham or the turkey, a toast with jam, coffee.
Dinner: a chicken broth with boiled egg and toasts, stewed turkey with vegetables, green tea.
Supper: salad with green string bean and brynza, tea.
Before a dream: low-fat yoghurt.
Sunday
Breakfast: corn flakes with nuts and fresh fruits, cheese, coffee.
Dinner: fast Russian cabbage soup, a stewed fish with vegetables, orange juice.
Supper: a vegetable ragout with boiled veal, orange juice.
