In fact it is much easier to grow thin then to add some “healthy” kilograms and stay slim, but, in fact, it is possible. We shall tell how it is possible to recover without damage to health.
Under the international medical standards the “normal” weight is defined by weight index and it is calculated so: weight (kg)/growth (m). If the figure turns out less than 18 you belong to those 2 % of thin from nature people. In medical terms to you would be diagnosed «exhausted», and in some countries you would be allowed to work as a model. But it is not a problem. First of all it is necessary to find out the reason of “not corrected” harmony. The main reasons are:
Heredity, fast metabolism;
The heavy diseases in early childhood;
Diseases of a gastroenteric path (illness the Crone, parasites);
Thyroid gland hyper function;
Loss of appetite (can appear with the years as a result of constant stress or reception of medicines).
Before to begin the program on weight increase it is necessary to be observed by the doctor, if your health is in norm, it is possible to start. We shall tell at once - it is not so easy, but it is worth of trying.
First of all it is necessary to increase quantity of eaten calories. For this purpose it is necessary to count up all over again, how many calories in day you actually eat. Try to keep a diary feed: everyday write down all eaten and drunk. In the end of day you should count up provisional quantity of calories. Having observed you thus about one week, it will be possible to calculate daily power expenses. In order to increase some weight, it is necessary to add 500 kcal to the received average arithmetic.
