SOS - How to get some weight? (Part 2)


How is it possible to add 500 kcal in a daily diet without harm for health? Only fat food is not rescue here, a feed should be balanced and various. The basic suppliers of calories - fats, should pay attention that the most part of fats in a diet was made with vegetative non-saturated fat acids (olive, nut oil).
It is better to eat often, but gradually, an ideal variant - 6-8 times a day, with 2-3 hours interval. Thus, it will be possible to avoid weight in stomach. It is highly recommended to arrange snacks between the basic food receptions and eat nutritious nuts, dried fruits, bananas, avocado, chocolate and so forth eat in the evening, after the supper, and we recommend you to choose something nutritious, for example, cheese, dairy cocktail with ice-cream, creamy yoghurt, but in small amounts, differently it can affect your dream.
Walk on fresh air will improve appetite.  Spices (Chile, zinziber, black pepper) and fragrant grasses (a bay leaf, basil, a thyme) will help also.
Diversify the diet; try to cook something new, exotic. Turn each reception of food into the holiday: beautifully covered table, bright components, originally decorated plate and so forth. It is also possible to make ritual of reception of food: a traditional Sunday dinner with family, tea drinking with friends and so forth.
In order not to allow superfluous calories turn only to fat at the strengthened feed, it is necessary to add physical exercises, and those ones, which do not demand greater power expenses. The main thing is to generate muscular weight, therefore marathon running or active aerobics are not recommended.
