Color diet


Wish to grow thin and look younger? 

It is possible to improve a complexion by means of one simple diet. Its effect is based on the maximal maintenance of three vitamins - Е, A and C. All of these vitamins are present in very simple vegetable mix, consisting of tomatoes, sweet pepper and leaves of green salad. The last two components are a source of vitamin C. Vitamin A contains in tomatoes. But these are only two of three necessary components. Missing vitamin E will appear, if you add oil into the vegetables. 

Many people will say, that it has too much calories and that there is no chance to dream of a harmonious figure and thus to eat fat food. But here there are three nuances. The first one is that, vitamins A and Е are fat-soluble; they are soaked up and acquired by an organism only at presence of fats. Secondly, energy value of vegetative fats is not too great. At least, it is considerably below, than at the fats having an animal origin. Thirdly, for refueling salad the maximum one table spoon of oil is required. It is only about 120-140 kcal. Considering it, the dish is completely dietary. 

Now some words about the diet. It is possible to eat our vitamin salad without restrictions - for a breakfast, a dinner and a supper. It is allowed to eat 100 gr. of boiled white chicken meat a day. You are also allowed to drink mineral water and green tea, and the consumption of these drinks is not limited. Moreover, the total amount of a liquid should make not less than two liters a day. Here, as a matter of fact, is all diet. It is very simple, but, despite of it, yields fine results. Owing to a Trinity of vitamins the complexion improves, and low calorie food improves a figure. On the average for two weeks you may loose about 2-3 kilograms. It will seem much insufficient; however loss of greater weight is fraught with complications. Therefore it is inexpedient to continue a diet for more than two weeks.
