Effective diet for elder people
Usually elder people are recommended to loose some weight and to consult with the expert before any diet. And so this diet has been developed by professional dieticians. It has all vitamins and minerals. This diet will help to become harmonious and to look without clothes as perfectly, as in clothes, just in two weeks.
Remember, that each day is not preparation for the fine future, but life.
Breakfast: 125 grams of cottage cheese, vegetable salad, 1-2 slices of bread, tea or coffee.
11 hours: 1-2 fruits and green vegetables (sweet pepper, cucumbers).
Dinner: soup (okroshka, vegetable soup or beetroot soup). Turkey or fast beef (once in 2 weeks it is possible to eat a liver, roasted on frying pan without fat). Garnish: 2 table spoons of green peas (for updating iron in organism, as hemoglobin reduces at all diets) and vegetable salad.
Mid-morning snack: 1-2 fruits, a glass of yoghurt.
Supper: 1-2 pieces of black bread, vegetables with a teaspoon of vegetable oil, cottage cheese.
Dieticians recommend drinking 10-12 glasses of water a day for withdrawal of toxins and products of disintegration of fats from kidneys. Instead of sugar it is recommended to take its substitutes (up to 6 tablets a day and it is better to do without sweet at all). Try to eat 4 average apples, a tangerine and some plums a day. Green vegetables are without restriction.
