Kefir is formed owing to acidifying milk by acidified milk acidified milk so-called kefir fungi. These fungi represent a conglomerate of various microorganisms, including yeast. Useful properties of kefir have been approved by many people; in fact concerning beneficial influence on a gastroenteric path kefir noticeably surpasses other sour-milk products. Kefir has pleasant taste, slightly foams and refreshes. It concerns to dietary sour-milk products. Kefir is recommended for restoration of forces at anemia and at some gastroenteric path diseases.
Low-fat kefir possesses some diuretic property. For this reason such kefir is considered useful to people with excess weight. And the kefir diet is very actual, if you wish to get rid of some extra kilograms. There are some variants of kefir diet. First of them is a pure monodiet: drink 1-1,5liter of fresh kefir without sugar for five-six receptions at regular intervals. Duration of a diet makes 3 days. Also it is possible to arrange kefir weekends - to eat exclusively skim kefir, fruits and vegetables. Thus is necessary to take 1,5-2 liters of kefir  and some fruits and vegetables for feeling of satiety. And, at last, the third variant of a kefir diet (all dishes should be cooked and eaten without sugar and salt): 1st day - five boiled potatoes and one and a half liter of kefir; 2nd day - 100 grams of boiled chicken meat and the same of one and a half liter of kefir; 3rd day - 100 grams of boiled meat plus 1,5 liters of kefir; 4th day - 100 grams of boiled fish and kefir; 5th day - fruits and vegetables (except for high-calorie bananas and grapes) and 1,5 liters of kefir; 6th day - only kefir; 7th day - mineral water. It is possible to repeat diet in two-three months.
We recommend you to enter kefir into the daily diet, in fact, kefir improves metabolism, that is in any case, will help you to become harmonious, healthy and vigorous.
