Cottage cheese diet
I variant.
Four times a day to eat 100 grams of the fresh skim cottage cheese with wheaten food bran (1-2 teaspoons). Cottage cheese is well combined with honey, fruit, berries and vegetables; therefore, it is desirable to add it before meal in every portion.
From a daily doze of cottage cheese (400) it is possible to prepare cottage cheese baked puddings with fruits, dried fruits or vegetables. Fruits, baked in puddings do not contain much sugar. For breakfast and supper it is recommended to drink a glass of kefir (curdled milk, fermented baked milk) or dogrose broth.
II variant.
Cottage cheese-kefir (dairy) diet - eat 60 grams of cottage cheese and a glass of milk 5 times a day.
III variant.
Eat 500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese with two glasses of kefir within 5 receptions.
