How to grow thin at the slowed down metabolism? (Part 2)
How to lower weight at the slowed down metabolism:
1. Adhere to a diet with the lowered maintenance of fats.
2. Increase consumption of fibers and eat albuminous products with each reception of food. The raised maintenance of fibers in each reception of food accelerates metabolism. For digestion of fibers more energy is required.
3. Reduce consumption of sugar.
4. Reduce consumption of caffeine.
5. Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables.
6. Drink more water. Try to drink at least 1,5 liters of water a day as it will accelerate the metabolism on 20-30 %.
7. Eat fractionally. The metabolism is slowed down, if the break between receptions of food makes more than 3 hours. Certainly, it is not necessary to have dinner densely each 3 hours, but it is possible to drink a glass of kefir or to eat a banana.
8. Do physical trainings - from 30 minutes till 1 hour.
9. Do power trainings at least 2 times a week.
10. Learn to remove stress and to relax.
It is also considered, that some products are capable to help to normalize a metabolism. So, why not to try to include into the diet:
• Pineapple
• Green tea
• Cinnamon
• Grapefruit
• Red pepper
• Low-fat dairy products
• Fish of fat grades
• Pumpkin
• Nuts
Alcohol, on the contrary, only will slow down a metabolism.
