Melanie Griffith’s Sea diet
Choosing a diet, Melanie Griffith pursued two purposes - to restore harmony of a figure and to give a new impulse to he private life. She has decided to stop on sea products as it is known, that they raise sexual activity.
Let’s result as an example her typical menu:
Breakfast - a half of grapefruit, not sweetened corns with skim milk, a toast;
Dinner - armour-clad shrimps on an ice, salad from tomatoes and the onions, filled by lemon juice and pepper;
Supper - six oysters, fresh crab meat, edible sea molluscs, salad, a half of baked potato.
Having stayed for some months on this diet, Melanie Griffith has lost more than twelve kilograms.
There is also one more variant of this diet. You may continue following this diet, having added more fish, salad, potato, fruits, vegetables and chicken meat to the base variant of this diet.
