Multifruit diet


Oranges can be sour, and pineapples in a plenty can negatively influence digestive path. Therefore it is better to mix them. Sugar is categorically forbidden!
Breakfast. A glass of orange juice.
To have a bite. Salad: boiled rice - 4 spoons, pineapple, and kiwi.
Dinner. Vegetable salad (mainly green), boiled cabbage - it is desirable to eat broccoli or cauliflower, 200 grams of boiled chicken meat (it is possible to replace with other fast meat).
Mid-morning snack. Juice: orange, carrots, pineapple, apples. Grain bread, kefir.
Supper. Fruit salad: pineapple, an orange, kiwi, apples. Stewed vegetables without fat, it is desirable to eat eggplant or vegetable marrow.
Expected result: excellent mood and state of health, absence of famine and discomfort, digestion and complexion improvement, and also loss of 4 - 5 kilograms info 10 days.
