Cabbage-apple-orange diet


Cabbage, apples, oranges of the last crop, and also inexpensive pears and bananas can become a basis of remarkable fortnight diet.
Apples, oranges and cabbage can be used not only for day time as a snack and in the evening fruit salad. With their help it is possible to lower caloric content of breakfast and dinner considerably.
Breakfast
Make a cup of tea (coffee) and such sandwich.
Take a piece of grain or rye bread with the most thin layer of butter or margarine, add a  slice of apple or an orange or cabbage, put a thin slice of low-fat cheese and put it to the microwave oven.
Two day snack: an apple or a pear or an orange.
Tea - without limits. Coffee - no more than two cups a day, including a breakfast.
Mineral water - without limits, but liquids in aggregate for a day should not be more than 2 liters (do not force a kidney) and for once no more than two glasses (do not stretch a stomach).
Dinner 
Salad (four variants):
1. Any vegetable soup and cabbage-apple salad filled by low-calorie mayonnaise or vegetable oil.
2. Any vegetable soup and salad from cabbage, oranges, bananas and apples.
3. Any vegetable soup and cabbage salad with carrots or a beet instead of seasoning in proportion of 50 grams of carrots/beet + 250 grams of cabbage.
4. Any vegetable soup and cabbage with mayonnaise, garlic and soya sauce.
Dessert - compote from apples, oranges, pears without sugar.
Supper - not later than three hours prior to a dream! 4 variants:
1. Stewed cabbage with onions or garlic and with a slice of smoked sausage or ham.
2. An omelet from two eggs with finely chopped cabbage.
3. Two greater bananas.
4. Fruit salad with honey or yoghurt.
Before a dream - a glass of kefir, yoghurt either the big apple or a pear or an orange.
