Mexican diet


Mexican diet is calculated for 4 days and allows to loose 2-3 kilograms. If you have not reached desirable result, the diet can be repeated in 2 days.
1 day:
Breakfast - a cup of not sweet coffee, an orange, 2 eggs.
Dinner - 8 prunes
Supper - an orange and 1 egg
2 day:
Breakfast - coffee and a piece of cheese
Dinner - an orange and 1 egg
Supper - a glass of kefir and a pear
3 day:
Breakfast - a glass of strong sweet tea
Dinner - a cucumber, tomato and a piece of cheese
Supper - a glass of milk
4 day:
Breakfast - muesli with juice
Dinner - a cucumber, a tomato and salad (only not sharp)
Supper - 2 oranges.
